New Two & Three Bedroom Villas

The Highlands at Wyomissing announces plans to expand and add two and three bedroom villas to its 113 acre campus.

The decision to construct additional villas came in response to the demand from our Future Resident Club list and their desire for this type of residence. The new residences will be available to members of the Future Resident Club list.

Although the homes will feature a similar footprint to those already on the campus, some minor modification have been made to enhance the floorplan. A larger breakfast alcove and the addition of a terrace adjoining the kitchen will allow for more room to entertain. Furthermore, larger and more accessible bathrooms are included within the plans.

Construction is set to begin in late- 2018. The Highlands has engaged Noelker and Hull, a professional architectural design, master planning and interior design firm with a focus on Senior Housing for this project.
