In an effort to keep you informed with timely and transparent information, we are providing the following communication about how The Highlands at Wyomissing is preparing for the 2019 Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please be assured that The Highlands is dedicated to protecting our residents and ensuring their care is provided in a safe and healthy environment.
- Guests and family members are not permitted to visit in Skilled Nursing or Personal Care, except for a resident spouse. Resident spouses must be screened at the front door before visiting Skilled Nursing or Personal Care.
- Guest and family members are permitted to visit apartment or villa residents but are not permitted to be in the common areas, participate in activities, or eat in any of the dining areas.
